Monster Mudpit and Skyscraper by River

We were astonished to see the massive mess being created by building syndicate developer

WaterSun Ltd. (or as we refer to them DryDark Ltd).

a "home builder" that HAS no previous proven or praiseworthy projects in Adelaide.

WaterSun or DryDark had elbowed and ice-picked its way into having the syndicate-driven SA State Goverment approve a monster project right next to one of the most serene and sacred spots in Adelaide, the Linear Park River near the Hackney Bridge and Botanic Park and Botanic Gardens.

By analogy, this project is like setting up a yacht club and seafood restuarant next to the dolphin sanctuary at Monkey Mia in West Australia : it is total desecration of a once-wonderful area that was shared by wildlife and people with an UNOBSTRUCTED view of blue sky and plenty gum trees and semi-native plants.

The Monster project in this once special and sacred area includes

  1. Two level UNDERGROUND 400 armoured vehicle ("car") park (in an area where there are already terrible heavy metal congestion problems and where existing residents did NOT want more heavy metal junk constantly rushing up previously quiet and placid tree-lined streets).
  2. TEN LEVEL mini monster skyscrapers where there had been NONE of these previously
  3. "Luxury" apartments akin to those along Park Avenue in New York City, and perhaps the same type vermin to infest and nest in them
We of the Walkerville Residents Association and others throughout the neighbourhood had complained bitterly and consistently to the Walkerville council but TO NO AVAIL :

the Walkerville Council development board voted unanomously to APPROVE the development and, in fact, repeatedly told us, that their only choice was to vote "YES", as if they had a loaded AK-47 held at their back by the vodka-ridden Syndicate Swine neo-Marxist high finance South Australia State Government with its New York subserviant Labor and Liberal political parties and cronies everywhere.

Do we now have to wait for some natural disaster such as a flood, earthquake or World War/race war to correct the situation ?

The Downfall of Adelaide

Adelaide was always a better city in the past, its years of climax being in the period 1900 - 1995.

The causes of the downfall were obvious:
  1. Unrestrained immigration
  2. Unrestricted release from penal and mental institutions
  3. Human Greed
  4. Melbourne meddling
  5. Human Deviationism (underlying Sydney Mardi Gras homosexual value system)
  6. Infatuation and Over saturation with Alcohol

  • Manju Mehta
  • Jay Dabgar
  • Tenzin Choegyal
  • Josh Bennett

SA Museum Cafe Grace and Disgrace

There was a fine cafe at the South Australia museum.

It was named the Balena Cafe.

The name Baleen describes the brush-like plates used by some whales to separate food from water.

In fact, there is an assortment of whale skeletons directly next to the BC seating areas.

(What would humans and human spirits think and feel if a creature cafe had human skeletons on display next to a creature wine and dine area?)

For many years the Balena Cafe was a wonderful place for family and visitor refreshments and dining.

Patrons to the BC had a fine choice of exquisitely prepared seafood and other culinary delights as well as budget-type fare that lower income patrons also enjoyed.

The staff at the BC were very pleasant, dedicated, skillful in every way that was appropriate to working in a fine cafe and restuarant.

Then, one fateful day in July 2010, the Iron Curtain came down hard at the BC :

The doors suddenly closed to The Public and THE WORKERS WERE FIRED WITH NO NOTICE GIVEN even after the workers had put in all their dedicated work for many years.

Where there has been Ecstasy perhaps there is also Agony.

Such a shame that such a fine establishment would be cut out its workers with no advance notice.

Such is life at the SA Museum, a Mining Museum financed by the international mining and nuclear consortium of BHP, Areva, Santos and many other "players" in plunder.

A Reply to Author Arthur Mortimer

Arthur Mortimer is the noteworthy celebrated Adelaide South Australia western suburbs activist and agitator who formed a group called "The Crows" (Concerned Residents of the Western Suburbs) long before there was a Crows football team in Adelaide.

Arthur would write letters to foreign dignataries and get responses to his letters, which were obviously quite cutting and clever.

An example of this might have been when Arthur wrote off to US President Jimmy Carter (President Peanut) to pose the question and problem of what would happen if a U.S. rocket or other rocket was launched at the SA Woomera missile test facility, and somehow the rocket killed a crow downrange.

President Peanut (President Carter) responded to the letter and Arthur was given plenty publicity.

Arthur can be a most pleasant fellow with a deep conscience and thus his participation, and the participation of his family and friends, in many events of social conscience, were and still are a key part of the true worthy fibre of Adelaide and South Australia and Australia.

However I was confronted by Arthur when he vented his usual tirade about the regime of Cough Witlum, a democratically elected socialist who had become Prime Minister over Australia in the early 1970's. Cough is someone I was and am unfamiliar with at the time or this time or any time.

Arthur had directed an angry guilt mongering statement at me like:

"And we all know who ousted Cough Witlum don't we ?"
And I had NO conscious knowledge of who Cough was or what Cough's wits were about or anything about Cough.

In fact the name Witlum reminds me of someone lunging and letting loose a wad of green mucus phlegm at someone or something... or Spitlum or Yucklum etc.

Anyway, Arthur tried to lay some guilt on me, or anyone who might have been opposed to World Socialism and total takeover of society by government, and so he aimed this remark, like phlegm in my face, as if I was supposed to be taken aback by it.

I was not taken aback.

Nor was I impressed by my own ignorance on the matter.

Years later I would take time and interest to learn from someone about the Cough Witlum, Gough Whitlam or Gough Whitlum debacle in the 1970's and how many People in Australia had become disenchanted because the Socialist pre Communist movement in Australia had one of its champions, and the train he commandeered, derailed and curtailed by World Finance.

This is partially documented at the Wikepedia web site for the Tirath Khemlani

Cough Witlum Loans Affair
and the
Australian Constitutional Crisis of 1975

So my reply to Arthur and his verbal slap of phlegm in my face of

"And we all know who ousted Cough Witlum don't we ?"
is this:

I still do not know who or what exactly the Loans Affair was about. Also I do NOT personally know Cough Witlum or anyone who was at Cough's side during the dismissal of the Witlum regime by Governor General John Kerr and other World puppet string controllers.

It is said Tirath Khemlani was the key actor, agent or operator in this attempt.

I did not and do not know Tirath Khemlani.

However, I do know it is documented that Loans affair actors attempted to raise about $4,000,000,000 (FOUR BILLION DOLLARS) from various Arab nations or Arab financial circles.

THIS WOULD HAVE INSPIRED MUCH ENMITY FROM THE

KHAZAR ELITES WHO RULE OVER AUSTRALIA, BRITAIN AND NORTH AMERICA.

For more about Khazar Elites and their troublesome unfortunate impact upon Western European and other civilisations please visit

To me, it seems probable the rich jeweled human elite ruling over so many societies would greatly and deeply oppose Australia becoming indebted to the Semitic Arab and Iranian People of the non-Zionist Nations in the Middle East in any way, shape or substance.

Best Food Arcade in Central Adelaide

The Southern Cross Arcade between King William Street and James Place in central Adelaide is a great place to eat or shop cheaply.

The Southern Cross Food Arcade should be named the Southern Circle Food Arcade since the cafes are arranged in a circle around a decorative central dining area.

These are small business cafes run by multicultural small business families.

The cafes in a clockwise direction are :
  • Prices Bakery (a favourite of mine)
  • Euro Rolls
  • Naan Tandoori
  • Dumpling Box
  • Cafe One
  • Bites of Europe (formerly Pars Kebab)
  • Happy Dragon
  • Allegro Pizza and Pasta
  • Singma Noodle Bar
  • Dead Duck Deli (formerly Wunder Bar)
  • Tropical Delite
  • Pars Kebab ( formerly Paddy's Spuds and Mexican)
  • Daily Choice
  • Happy Bean Sushi
  • Squid Inc.
  • Mei Wei Asian Cuisine [Phone:(08) 8211 8831]
  • Seoul Express
Some of the reasons we choose to live in Adelaide are
  1. the friendly conservative background in what was a City of Churches and high moral standards
  2. many fine immigrants from South Asia and the Orient who have excellent small business and food preparation skills, and who operate their businesses in an exemplary manner
  3. the great climate in which each Adelaide day could be like a Spring day in some part of the world
  4. good agricultural produce at bargain basement prices
  5. many very well-behaved foreign students who avoid alcohol
And if You want to shop there is the Cheap As Chips discount store directly under the SC food plaza and several other low price stores, and a well-stocked well-stacked magazine and stationery agency.

However, please avoid the nearby much more affluent/effluent City Cross Arcade, since it has too many Junk Food outlets : Deadly Doughnuts, Beastly Burgers, stinking filthy New York Subway and Ken Tucky Fried Crap

Glenside Hospital Under Attack

Glenside Hospital : a State Issue for All People in South Australia

Questions for Syndicate Sinister Mike Rann and Mental Health Monster Jane Lomax Smith :

(Mike and Jane might prefer we didn't ask.)

  1. WHERE is the money from all the drug and alcohol facilities that have been sold off around Adelaide recently ?

  2. WHY are people with mental health problems living in parks and on streets with little or no support ? The State Government is planning to spend $45 million of taxpayer's money to build a film studio on Glenside Hospital grounds. At the same time they have announced a delay building a new hospital until 2013/2014 claiming a shortage of funds. This is not justifiable, it's simply a disgrace.

  3. WHY create massive film studio buildings and associated noise and activity levels in the grounds of a psychiatric hospital where open space and tranquility are paramount for patients' wellbeing ? It defies logic.

  4. WHAT research has been done to support the huge amount of public money being channeled into a film studio ? Given recent media reports questioning the viability of Victoria's publicly funded Docklands Studio after its private operator walked away in December 2008. Why will this be any different ?

  5. WHY is the Government pushing ahead with yet another shopping centre and office development on these same hospital grounds when local councils and the public are strongly opposed to this, and have said there is no justification for another shopping centre and more offices in this area ?

  6. WHY is the Government refusing to provide their research regarding the viability of this shopping centre ?

  7. WHY have they started legal proceedings to prevent the release of these documents under FOI by the Ombudsman ?

  8. WHY sell a large part of the hospital grounds to a private shopping centre operator in an off market transaction lacking any transparency ? Is this an acceptable outcome for publicly owned land to be sold to commercial interests behind closed doors ?

  9. WHY is Burnside Council's Glenside Hospital Survey showing 93% of people opposed to the loss of open space and 86% opposed to building more shops and offices being ignored ?

  10. WHY has the Upper House Select Committee's Review gone largely unanswered — a review that stated the Glenside proposal needed to go back to the drawing board and be restarted with proper consultation conducted with Health Professionals and other stakeholders ?

  11. WHY is Glenside's specialist emergency department closed and people experiencing psychotic episodes sent instead to general hospitals disrupting their emergency departments and putting extra pressure on services ?

  12. WHY do our already over-crowded prisons have an overrepresentation of people with psychiatric problems ?

  13. WHY are over 22,000 South Australian families and individuals being left on Housing Trust waiting lists, sometimes for many years, while psychiatric patients are shunted into public housing instead of having adequate supported accommodation provided for them ?

  14. WHY does this Government continue to spend $15 to $20 million a year of taxpayer's money employing its many spin doctors to hide the truth from public scrutiny instead of spending this money on health, education, police or public housing ?

  15. WHY doesn't the Minister come to public meetings when invited and hear first hand what people have to say about these issues ?

  16. HOW many extra security guards have to be employed by general hospitals to cope with this situation ?

  17. HOW many people left isolated in this way in a housing trust unit, motel or caravan park have self harmed or committed suicide in the last twelve months ?

  18. DO you want our irreplaceable open space buried under more concrete ?

Mental Health has been under-funded and under-resourced for years and the Government proposal to chop up this site for development is simply a real estate deal masquerading as a hospital upgrade and a shameful exploitation of a public asset.

To the Premier and the Minister for Mental Health :

We don't want this valuable public asset sold off for offices, more private housing, another shopping centre or a film studio.

If you agree patients, staff and all South Australians deserve a better outcome for the 130 year old hospital site and that the $45 million of Taxpayers money earmarked by the Government for a film studio should be used for something better, please write :
